Parking Procedure:

Arrival:

A chauffeur will be there to receive you in a designated area outside the departure terminal. He will pick up your car and it will be driven to their top security compound on the airport's premises. Your car will be returned to you outside your respective terminal when you return.

A chauffeur will call you approximately 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport. Once you've arrived at the designated area, he will greet you and confirm all your relevant details.

Please note: When your car is driven to the secure car park, the average mileage you can expect is 9 miles, and a maximum of 16 miles.

Security:

The Heathrow Secure Park compound has high fencing and only authorised personnel have access to the premises. The area is further protected by 24 hour surveillance of CCTV cameras. Heathrow Secure Park has applied for the Park Mark Award, which will be awarded to them by British Parking Association (BPA) for safer parking. Step straight from your car into the terminal.

Return: Once you have taken your luggage and are almost cleared from Customs, call Secure Parks on the number you were given when your car was collected. You'll be asked to stay in the terminal building until your car is ready to be picked up outside.

Directions from Terminals

Terminal 1:

Upon exiting the lengthy tunnel, stay in the far left lane. Just follow the signs for Terminal 1 Departure until you reach two drop off lanes. You can park in either of them and will subsequently be met by someone from Heathrow Secure Park to collect your car.

Terminal 3:

Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departure. You can park in any of the two drop off lanes and once you arrive, someone from Heathrow Secure Park will collect your car.

Terminal 4:

Just follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departure. Stay in the left lane as you drive up the ramp. When you arrive, please park in the furthest lane away from the terminal, someone will be there to pick up your car.

Terminal 5:

Head towards the Pick Up and Departure point. As you drive up the ramp, you will see a sign for Short Stay Car Park. Follow the sign (this is Level 4 of the Terminal Car Park), keeping in the left lane that is marked Fast Track Business Parking. Drive up to the barrier and take a ticket. Then you can go to Zone L-M where a chauffeur will pick up your car. You won't pay an additional charge for entering the Terminal Car Park.
