Is the car park secure?

What is the benefit in pre-booking your Heathrow Airport Parking?Most car parks at Heathrow airport have two types of price. The Gate rate is the price you pay if you just turn up and park on the day. This price tends to be much higher than the pre-booking rate and can be as much as 45% greater. We recommend you book early to get the best price.

How far in advance do I need to book?
When you book online with Heathrow Parking Discounts you will be able to print off your booking confirmation at the end of the booking. This will include full directions to find the car park. You can therefore pre-book your Heathrow Parking right up to only a few hours before your arrival at the car park.

How do I find the Heathrow car park?
Directions to the car park are available at the end of the booking and you will also receive an automatically generated email confirming this within a few minutes of completing the booking. If you would like a printed copy of the voucher and directions then please contact us

Do I have to leave my car keys with you?
This depends on which Heathrow car park you book. All off-airport car parks and some on-airport car parks will require you leave your keys. If the car park staff need to move your car then they are fully covered by comprehensive insurance

How do I amend or cancel a Heathrow Airport car park booking?
Bookings can normally be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. In some cases a small amendment fee will be charged. No refunds are available if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
